House Bill 1200

An Act providing for watershed protection and environmental stewardship, natural resource and open space conservation, enhancement and revitalization of communities, heritage development and stewardship of park and recreation resources; establishing the Environmental and Heritage Stewardship Fund; conferring powers and duties on the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, the Department of Environmental Protection, the Department of Agriculture, the Department of Community and Economic Development, the Department of Education, the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission, the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission and the Pennsylvania Game Commission; imposing a recycling fee; providing for a referendum; establishing the Environmental and Heritage Stewardship Sinking Fund; and making repeals.
