An Act amending the act of May 3, 1933 (P.L.242, No.86), referred to as the Cosmetology Law, further providing for definitions, for practice of cosmetology or hairbraiding without license prohibited, for limited licenses, for temporary licenses and for fees.

An Act amending the act of December 14, 1992 (P.L.866, No.137), known as the Optional County Affordable Housing Funds Act, extending the act to counties of the first class; providing for a home purchase loan program to be administered by the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency; establishing the Affordable Housing Trust Fund; providing for a program of home mortgage insurance; and establishing the Housing Insurance Fund.

An Act requiring health insurers to disclose fee schedules and all rules and algorithms relating thereto; requiring health insurers to provide full payment to physicians when more than one surgical procedure is performed on the patient by the same physician during one continuous operating procedure; and providing for causes of action and for penalties.
