Scope and Contents From the Collection: The collection contains various materials related to primarily Kury's time in the House. A fierce proponent of Clean Streams, Kury was very active in legislation supporting environmental safeguards. Research materials, including news clippings and hearing transcripts, on such topics as air pollution, the Susquehanna River Basin, and clean streams, make up a large portion of the collection.
